10/6/2002 – Two golds and three silver in the British Swimming Open.

Two victories in 150 medley (2.40.55) and 50 butterfly (45.41) and three silver medals in 50 breastroke (56.88), 100 backstroke (1.43.65) and 200 free (3.15.07) are the results of de Xavi Torres in the British Swimming Open to was held last week in Sheffield (Gran Bretanya)

The best performance competition was for Anthony Stephens like a best swimmer with his worl;d record in 100 back S5.

In 150 IM Torres win without problem followed by Anthony Stephens (Great Britain) and third was Thomas Rossemberger (Austria). In 50 fly Xavi Torres won to egyptian Essam Zedan and argentinan Ariel Quassi.

In the others events where Xavi Torres was second the results were two victories for Anthony Stephens (in 200 free and 100 back) and for Thomas Rossemberger (Austria) in 50 breatroke (55.05) and third was Chris Hallam of Wales (57.33)

Torres will be in Sheffield since tuesday and he’ll go to Seattle (Whasington State) to compete in US Open.
