In that occasion settled its participation with: 2 Medals of Gold (150 medley and 4 x 50m.libres) 2 Silver Medals (50 m. braza and 50 m.butterfly) 1 Medal of Bronze (4 x 50 m.medley) 1 Record of the World. Pending to confirm its participation in the test of changeovers , that to the last moment it be not known, its most maximum aspirations are centered in the test of 150 m. medley, distance in which at present possesses the Record of the World obtained in the passed Play Paralímpicos of Sydney 2000 with 2.37.94, without leaving sideways the 50 m breast and 50 m. butterfly where the Majorcan one will try to be among finalists.

During this year also we have seen Xavi participating in a test and in an environment that up to now was not very habitual to see him : crossings in open sea as the Crossing of the Port d’Alcudia, the historic Crossing to the Port of Barcelona and the Crossing since the Island of Wolves to Fuerteventura.
