World Record 100 back

The Spanish swimmer Xavi Torres finished his international tour with a new world record in 100 back in the German International Championships.

In the Europa Sportpark Berlin Torres swim 100 back with a time of 1.41.83 (last record was 1.41.95 of the british Anthony Stephens last British Open in Sheffield fifteen days ago).

In this championships, 21 countries and 251 swimmers around the world swam in Berlin, where Torres (Royal Nautic club of Palma) win 150 IM, 50 and 100 fly with a times of 2.40.15, 44.86 and 1.39.82. He win 200 free too with a time of 3.10.54; second was Ryszard Beczek with 3.10.79. Torres was second in 50 breastroke (57.46).

Torres show his good physical moment in Sheffield, Washington and Berlin after his record in swimming 24 hours one month ago in Son Hugo Aquatic Center.
